I have been seeing Dr. Janiga and his team for a year and a half, and I feel like the luckiest person alive. I went through two pretty horrendous back surgeries and I am amazed at how well my progress went, and how well my pain has been managed. I think Dr. Janiga is the best one of the bunch. He listens very carefully to you, is empathetic, he'll return your phone calls, and he'll develop a plan of care with you that makes you feel better about the whole process of going to a pain clinic. I've been a RN for almost 30 years, and never thought I'd need anything like this, but I am very grateful for everyone at Advanced Spine and Pain Clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Janiga to anyone out there, especially if you feel that your pain has been out of control.

Yesterday was my first time meeting Dr. Thorson. Ive been going to this clinic for over a year now. Dr. Thorson was very professional and got right down to business. I was very fortunate because they managed to squeeze me in at the very last minute, and I really appreciated it. Dr. Thorson reviewed my current condition and my med list. We discussed my progress with eliminating some of the meds I've been taking, and my plan to continue with this process. It was nice to finally meet Dr. Thorson, and I look forward to seeing him again at my next appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Thornson and his staff since 1/2019. They help me figure out what a horrible doctor in Dallas had done wrong with installing a spinal cord stimulator incorrectly twice. They sent me to a doctor to remove it and into another doctor to install it correctly. I seen by Patrick Dixon PA I don’t feel like a patient. When I talk to him we try to work out what medication’s we think would work best to help me with my chronic pain. I was living 45 minutes south from the office but recently I moved to Central Arkansas. I’m 834 miles from doorstep the doorstep and I requested for a medication change or I can fill it at my new home and still come every other month to see them in Minneapolis. Very informative. Offered other suggestions which I have tried. With no success. Arie one of the pharmacists suggested that since I have to take several meds in the morning could negate success. Since I have the opportunity to opt out of the program I feel it best for me to do that. Pat said he noted I could be refunded since I am not re enrolling

Patrick, is by far is one of the most understanding, compassionate, kind, & explanatory NP I've had the privilege of working with in past & present. He looks you in the eye's and treats you as a person! I suffer from a debilitating syndrome & he understands this debilitating pain & that it affects the entire body. He is willing to discuss other options & has always treated me with the utmost respect. As a retired Certified Surgical Technologist, we both know the medical terms we discuss and I feel at ease with him treating my pain. Patrick has always been a joy to talk to & we get straught to the point. His explanations of ideas are easy to understand and I'm happy to have found my way back, to being in his care. Thank you for helping me feel better about my treatments plans, & for really listening to me! And for not constantly questioning my disabilities! Life is hard enough living with EDS its a painful connective tissue disorder & sometimes a storm. This team works great together!!

My back has come on numb no pain yet which is a wonderful thing all around. Outstanding as always. Had a steroid injection at L4-L5 and L5-S1 and hardly felt it. Have had this very same injection several times within last three years and all worked beautifully. My nurses were excellent. I've been going to that pain clinic for almost ten years now and have had great care all around.

Waited way too long to see Dr

The wait time was outrageous. My appointment was at 2 PM. It was not roomed until an hour and 15 minutes later it was not seen by the doctor until an hour and 40 minutes later I don’t know that I have no complaints. The quality of care is excellent! The doctors are knowledgeable! The front desk people are courteous and attentive especially Shawn who handles the insurance she should get an extra kudos. It’s just the wait time.

First Appointment. Very impressed with Dr. Thorson that he had reviewed my North Memorial file from my previous Pain Specialist. He, also, knew the doctors from two other orthopedic practices that did all my surgeries. He gave me some very good options for pain management care. Will be going back in one month.

It was real nice to hear my options as what to do about my Back problems!

5 stars for the care from Dr Thorson - I am a long time patient. This last appointment however I must report 0 stars on clinic follow up. There is a discrepancy that is still not resolved one week later despite multiple calls. This is a disappointment.

Very professional yet personal and attentive to my needs

Dr Dixon takes his time with me and checks on the status of the things he's tried to treat me for, like the ongoing migraines, the SI Fusion surgery status (pending until after the holidays) and MyStim battery surgery. It's still a little difficult to get refills on some medications, when they run out before I'm scheduled to see him again. But, everyone is usually very nice and friendly when I'm there.

Patrick is always on top of the latest treatments for my issues. He suggests different things to do or try and is genuinely kind when I am interacting with him. He always goes above and beyond and makes me feel like I’m not alone in this chronic pain struggle.

The staff is always ready to help. With smiles.
